Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Leading Research Engineer who can bring cutting-edge robotics projects to success. You set standards and solve challenging problems by integrating your engineering expertise alongside your team members.
- Guide and oversee all SW-related activities in the group
- Lead and manage projects, ranging from large, long-term undertakings, to short, fast-paced initiatives
- As part of your team, design, implement, and test cutting-edge robotics solutions for the industry, based on research results from the group
- Lead, guide, and mentor team members, including engineers and researchers, fostering their professional growth as engineers
Profile
- Master’s degree in a relevant field from a top university
- Proven track record as a project manager in industry
- Strong ability to make independent decisions
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Python and C++
- Additional competency in various areas of (software) engineering
