Project background
In Fall 2024, D-INFK successfully launched the MAS in AI and Digital Technology with a target audience of industry managers with any educational background and a minimum of 5 years of professional work experience. The aim is to provide fundamental concepts backed up by practical, hands-on experience that will help these managers work more effectively with teams of technical experts, e.g. software engineers, computer scientists, etc., on AI related software projects in their company and industry. The language of instruction is 100% English, but the native language of many of our participants is German. More information about the program is available on our website.

The position will have routine phone, email or in person interactions with applicants, participants and lecturers to provide reliable information about our programs. Administrative activities include event organization, data management, basic finances, and coordination with other groups within ETH, e.g. room reservation, catering, etc. Occasional evening and weekend work during the semester is required to support events for applicants and participants. Additional responsibilities and tasks may arise as the programme is further developed.
The position is available immediately. Start date to be negotiated. The position is initially limited to 12 months, with the possibility of an extension, and the prospect of becoming permanent.
